1. Select the appropriate tool for loading and unloading

If conditions permit, each pipe should be individually packaged and wrapped with a simple spacer, which can effectively prevent mutual wear and tear. Of course, some large pipes must be packaged separately, and should be operated in accordance with relevant requirements.
4. There are requirements for bundling during packaging
The requirements for bundling before transportation are very strict. Ordinary pipes are bundled and packaged. Pipes of the same type and specification should be bundled. Mixed bundling is not allowed to prevent different types of pipes from being bundled tightly and damaging each other. Moreover, the weight of each bundle is also limited, mainly for the safety of transportation and loading.
5. Use as much binding material as possible
In order to ensure safety and avoid loose bundles that cause pipes to collide with each other, straps should be used as required when bundling. Each bundle should reach a certain number, and tools such as snap rings should also be used to fix between bundles to prevent pipes from being damaged during transportation. 6. Special pipes need to be packed in containers
Some
seamless pipes (ms seamless pipe) and
stainless steel pipes (ss pipe) should be packaged in standard wooden or plastic boxes. Before packing, foam and isolation quilts should be placed in the boxes to avoid extrusion, and plastic sheets should be used to prevent moisture. The packing boxes may be fixed to prevent the pipe from being damaged by collision.
7. The carriage is guaranteed to be safe
Before loading, the body should be cleaned to ensure that there are no hard objects such as stones and iron blocks to avoid scratching the pipe. Sleepers should be placed on the bottom of the carriage, and spacers should be installed around the carriage to ensure that it will not be damaged during transportation. In addition, the bundled and transported pipes should be fixed around the carriage to avoid wear and tear caused by moving back and forth.
