2. Water injection. Water injection into the hollow seamless tube is a reasonable protective measure against fire accidents. This kind of method can make the seamless tube maintain a lower temperature in a fire accident, and the water circulates in the seamless tube car to digest and absorb the heat generated by the raw materials themselves. The hot water will be refrigerated and then circulated, or cold water will be introduced from the pipeline to replace the hot water.
3. Block it. The seamless tube is set in the wall or ceiling composed of refractory insulation materials, or the prefabricated components are hidden in the gap between the two walls. Only a small amount of refractory insulation material or no lifting can be used to achieve the purpose of fire safety. . It is a very economical way to develop fire safety.
4. Improve the quality of raw materials. The use of seamless tube fire-resistant materials to maintain prefabricated components has the advantages of fire safety, good fire resistance, and engineering construction will not be limited by the geometric shape of seamless steel tubes.
